Convenient Location and Good Breakfast
helpful staff central location breakfast buffet
Nicole and other staff members were very helpful and polite. The hotel is located very near to tram stops and a railway station. The breakfast included a buffet with a variety of options and I liked that there was no pre-packaged food.

tiny room blood stain
the hotel employees were very helpful. that room was even better, so all ok.
The room i stayed in was tiny. It looked straight out onto a brick wall just 6ft away. cleanliness was questionable. i've honestly slept on softer floors, plus, the pillows seemed like rocks. there was a blood stain on my daughter's bed sheet. We spotted it in the morning.

The room was spacious and had a good layout. I appreciated that extra pillows were available in the room. The breakfast at the Novotel was quite good (it had a decent selection).
I found that the mattresses were not comfortable. The heating and air conditioning did not seem to be working properly. It was very cold in the room.

The room was clean and had necessary items. The location is convenient, too.
The room was too hot and the temperature control did not work. The only choice was to have the window open as far as it could go, it was not much help.

central location spacious shower modern furniture easy access
The location was very central. I could easily walk to China Town from the hotel. The shower was quite spacious. The modern furniture added a nice touch to the room.
