The room was spacious and had a good layout. I appreciated that extra pillows were available in the room. The breakfast at the Novotel was quite good (it had a decent selection).
I found that the mattresses were not comfortable. The heating and air conditioning did not seem to be working properly. It was very cold in the room.

The room was too hot and the temperature control did not work. The only choice was to have the window open as far as it could go, it was not much help.

the bathroom was very clean. the shower gel and shampoo were included
the room i got had a faulty smoke detector, made horrible noise. i asked for it to be resolved and was moved to another room. i will be looking for some form of discount on that stay

The location was very central. I could easily walk to China Town from the hotel. The shower was quite spacious. The modern furniture added a nice touch to the room.
